Breaking the Ice When Icor Software needed to entertain overseas clients, we helped them define the business outcomes they could realistically expect from the event. We then devised a series of activities and entertainments which would allow maximum interaction between guests and hosts, while fulfilling the visitors' expectations of first class hospitality. Sightseeing at Windsor Castle, field sports and a magnificent country house luncheon made for a memorable day.  The evening started with a visit to to Covent Garden where we had augmented the usual buskers with some surprise acts especially devised for our visitors. This was followed by dinner at one of London's top restaurants and rounded off with a nightclub created inside our guests' hotel. When the time came for business the next day, yesterdays strangers were firm and abiding friends with a history of shared experiences. (N.B.
