Video

As costs come down and digital technologies offer an explosion of new possibilities, video is becoming more and more the medium of choice for key communications.

Whether it is for training, promotion, incentive or recording a live event we have the experience and the technology to deliver a superb result.

The final product can be delivered as tapes, or as DVD. It can also be produced as indexed video on a CD-ROM, with other media such as PowerPoint added if required. This opens up huge possibilities for training and promotional applications. 

Audio Visual

One of the most widespread applications of audio visual and video at conferences has been for  motivational closing sequences. This not only serves to remind delegates of the all that they have seen and experienced during the week, but also provides an opportunity to reinforce key messages in a very memorable way.

While this can be done very effectively with video, it can also be done very cost effectively using digital still photography. Hundreds of individual shots, each one telling its own story at a single glance, are sequenced together to music and sound. 

This technique allows more occasions, more locations and more individuals to be included in the same length of sequence at a much lower cost than video.

Sound Recordings

There is one place you can reach a captive audience , where they will happily spend time listening to your message - if it is well presented on the right medium. 

Car drivers cannot watch videos or read brochures while they are driving. They can however listen to audio tapes or CDs.

In sound recordings you can take your audience wherever you wish, by harnessing the power of their own imagination. Conjure up a south see island for just the cost of music and sound effects or blast them into outer space without a "Star Wars" sized special effects budget.

For sales force communication, low cost promotions and targeted incentives this is a very effective medium.

London Underground and the other integrated transport providers played a key role in ensuring the success of the Jubilee by smoothly moving millions of people in and out of the capital.

Our role was to write and produce the video which captured the dramatic story behind that success

Medical Education

Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals wanted to capture the views of key opinion leaders regarding their new class of therapy for Alzheimer's Dementia.

We shot the video on location in England and at a prestigious Medical Congress in Barcelona. 

Within a week the material was edited, indexed on CD-ROM and available for use at educational meetings.

Pan-European Incentive

For many years the pan-European incentive meeting that we managed for DuPont culminated in a stunning audio visual sequence which invariably left the audience demanding a second showing. 

One year we experimented with running this on computer screens around the last night venue. The result - continuous small gatherings of people around the screens, reminiscing about the week and subliminally re-absorbing the key messages of the meeting.

Radio Pharma

When Novartis wanted to enthuse their sales force for an upcoming meeting we produced a 'radio programme' on audio cassette.

This was so well received that it quickly became a regular event. The monthly programme featured news and information from head office as well as features and interviews from the regions.
